Pay the fee, bid freely
A refundable Ksh 5,000 fee per vehicle unlocks unlimited bids on it, at no extra charge. Don't win? The fee comes back in full. View any vehicle at the yard first — everything sells as-is, where-is.
Win and pay
Successful bidders receive an offer letter. Pay a 25% deposit within 3 hours of award and the full amount within 24 hours — allocation is first come, first served. Missing the deposit window forfeits the Ksh 5,000 fee.
Collect your vehicle
Once payment is confirmed you get a release letter authorising collection from the yard, plus the logbook and all documentation to transfer the vehicle into your name.

Every vehicle sells as-is, where-is — so walk the yard, open the bonnet, and bring your own mechanic if you like.
